This card is for the favorite theme for the June 2019 Inspirational Card Challenge. I was actually inspired by the technique found on the February 2019 Card Inspiration Challenge. The link to that technique can be found here:

I used Stampin Up's Rich Razzleberry ink for the colored parts. I used Versafine Black Onyx for the black stamping. The rose image is by Hot Potatoes stamps and is called Cabbage Rose. The washi tape is unknown.
