This card takes a great piece of designer paper, creating a layered card panel and a quick stamping. Touch up with sequins and Nuvo crystal drops for a little sparkle! Scroll down for the products that I used, featuring Kaisercraft papers and Catherine Pooler Ink. I also made a coordinating custom envelope using my We R Memory Keppers 123 punch board.
