I used Ranger distress paint and acrylic paints to add teal and gold to the brush. I added texture paste to the handle and then distressed it with bronze. I dyed twine with bronze distress paint and tied it around the handle. The gold leaves are from an old earring. The wooden embellishments were gifted to me from another swap. The metal butterfly in the middle was gifted to me from Elizabeth. The rose at the top of the handle was another earring I found at a flea market. I added peacock feathers and eyelash trim to give it more texture as well as strands of beads in the bristles of the brush.
