I had lots of fun creating this bright birthday card for a special crafty friend. I stamped and colored the critters using my Zig markers. The rainbow blend on the wings of the parrot inspired my rainbow striped mat which I created by masking and inking a circle of Bristol Smooth cardstock. I chose a piece of my favorite Doodlebug design cloud print for my scene's backdrop and added a few stamped music notes to finish it off.
