I used some really old stickers from my stash for the title
For the stars on the background I used a Prima stencil and texture paste and once it was dry I painted them with shimmerz paint.
For the other stars I used the same paint on some white card stock and once it was dry I punched them out and pop dotted them onto the layout.
I used deco foil for the star paper layered behind the photo I used the same stencil again and the foil gel and then foiled it.
I hand sewed around the edges of the two larger stars.
The small silver confetti stars were all glued on individually and look so much better irl.
