(the Tim Holtz die cuts that I watercolor painted)

My very close and special friend, Rocky, is celebrating her birthday this month. I recently purchased a number of new dies and couldn't resist making her two cards! This one was the most fun and my favorite of the two.

I used colorful cardstock for the card and 140 lb weight watercolor paper for the flora die cuts. I watercolor painted each piece and just love all of the beautiful bright colors!
