Mixed media background using watercolors for a rainbow effect with tone on tone flowers from Paige Evans Pick Me Up collection and other small colored embellishments. Alphas and hearts are thickers and "yes" is cut from black cardstock using my Cameo. Finished the layout off with colored enamel dots.
