What a great photo of the skyline along with the perfect paper and embellishments. How wonderful you got to see some family members whom you hadn't seen in quite some time.
Cathe great job on the challenge with the kit Char sent you! I love Seattle's skyline. You captured it beautifully. I like your ticket tucked in there and all the nice photos.
Good friend Char from the Rockin' Scrappin' Grans sent us each a kit to use for our October challenge. My kit was Echo Park's Capture Life. My husband and I went on a road trip in August. When I saw this sheet of paper with the skyscrapers on it, I knew I had to use my Seattle photos. Journaling: Aug. 18, 2019~Rum and I drove to Seattle after our beach trip to Oregon. I really wanted to see my Aunt Delores. She is my Dad's sister. She and Aunt Bernice are the only 2 out of 12 still living. We met Aunt Dee at her Senior living facility for brunch. I was so happy her son Joe and his friend Diane were there too. I hadn't seen Joe since 1964 when we were in high school. We went up to her apartment after eating. She is a quilter and had a beautiful quilt on her bed. On Sept. 1 she turned 93. My RSG Sharon gave me the Tim Holz ticket that is sticking out of the photo.
