Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue

I love this photo, and I like how this page turned out, except for the journalling. I'm still thinking about redoing the journalling.
Journalling says: 'I have borrowed my sister Andrea's tiara - the one she wore at her wedding. And I have also borrowed the pendant she wore, from Mum - it goes nicely with the tiara. Mum bought me a new gold chain to wear it on, and I get to keep the chain afterwards. Mum bought me a new bra and knickers set. A new bra was kind of essential, but it's always nice to have new underwear, especially under a new dress. Steve's Aunty Mary gave me a garter and horseshoe. The horseshoe is just white lace, but the garter has blue ribbon and a blue flower, so will be my 'something blue'. Mum has painted my shoes gold. I've had them since I was 15, so they're old, but it seemed the best option - cheap, the right style, right size and they're already worn in. So I've got old shoes, new dress/horseshoe/underwear/chain, borrowed tiara/pendant and blue garter. All sorted.'
