Comet was not ready for a costume this yearhave looked better on a black background but I so I only did a bandana for him. I though blossom looked so cure in her hat /headband though! I purchased this SVG from Etsy and while it looks alright it looked better in the image I purchased I think the pumpkin shape is more pronounced against a dark background but I used the negative images to make one side and wanted to keep the orange color. I finally think I came up with the best way to do a transfer after much experimentaton. I took a brayer with some slow drying glue and covered cardstock. Then I placed on cricut matt with negative image and used the cleaned brayer and ran it over the back of paper and then gently peeled away. I was using some spray adhesive in the past but it does not dry clear as you can see in some of my layouts. It is also messier and does not clean off hands as easy.
