This card was inspired by the lift category of the October 2019 Inspiration Challenge. For the lift, we were instructed to pick a card from Lorilei1971's gallery. I chose the card found at this link: https://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/920489/view/5873771/4/0/0.html
I used a sticker for the image from Chartwell Studios. I cut the flag banner edges with my handy dandy Stampin Up Banner Triple Punch. The dots on the banners are also punched with an office supply hole punch. I also created texture on the darkest green strip with an old Fiskars crimper tool. I have so much fun playing with that still. I don't know the plaid pp maker.
