Journaling - Spent August at Valley View RV Park in Jarrell - north of Georgetown. It is a new park (not completely finished) 45 miles from Austin. We might have stayed in Huntsville - good monthly rate which included electric but we had to pay up front for this park & no refunds! We were supposed to have a back-in but could not wrangle it in so paid $30 more for a pull-thru which was worth it because both vehicles fit. It was so HOT this month (100 (degree) days) that we never made it into Austin. August 2018
