This is the "cover" for my journal. Eventually, all of them will be stored in my New Year's Resolution album in pocket pages of course. lol
I did these in MS Word, printed front and back. My journals are only 2 sheets of paper folded in half landscape. This covers a week at a time to track daily and weekly goals for my NY's Resolutions.
