I think this will be a favorite of mine! I got the image of this beautiful child (I'm pretty sure it's a boy!) from Pinterest. I've been seeing several of them wearing the same kind of darling elvish cap on Pinterest and I wonder if they are taken in the Scandinavian countries.

Anyway, the frame is Tim Holtz and I used his Vintage Distress Collage Medium to tone it down to match the photograph better. The beautiful swag is Reneabouquets Beautiful Board and I used Liquid Pearls on it. Believe is a wood piece that I got from Unique Laser Designs probably 4 or 5 years ago when I was Guest Designer for them. They are no longer in business. I used Stampendous Shabby White embossing enamel on it.

Wood grain paper is Ms. Sparkle & Co. from Joann's. Red music paper is Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby. Poinsettia and gold pearl strands are also HL. The ribbon trim (that you can barely see) was from a local shop called Pickled Papers. Postage stamp die from Amazon.
