if foiling isn't in your craft stash yet, I high recommend. this was made using gina k designs Foilables, some red foil from creative visions stamps (highly recommend) their foil is amazing and awesome prices. Then I used the scrapbook.com christmas stamps which are also amazing this year, love all of them. I used the brilliance gold ink pad with some nuvo crystal drops.
