Hi everyone!!! This is the clipboard that I created for CJ for the Renea Bouquet swap.

I originally had picked teal, colbalt and cotton candy as my color scheme but when I got the butterflies from Renea the colors didn't work at all. This wouldn't have been such a problem but I had already finished the base of the clipboard. So I had to forgo the original theme and paper I had picked and figure out what to do then. I had also picked, printed and cut the calendar and I really didn't want to change the calendar. Eventually I ended up going with an Alice theme (which I know is typical for me) but the colors were so spot on for the theme!

I used plain craft metallic paint in teal, pink and blue at first. Then I used the Ranger opaque crackle over that. I had been using the Prima white crackle prior but I haven't been able to find it again (maybe they stopped making it?). So I switched to ranger. I must say I am in love with this stuff!!! The amount of cracking is amazing and the strength of it is sensational!!! Barely any of it flaked off and it is strong enough to be able to handle and still not fall of. The clip was then put on and cover with Golden crackle paste which has a very unique texture and only crackles at a 1/8" thickness or more. Next using a TH stencil I used some Lindy's spray in blue to spritz the stencil. I used a cursive writing stencil and so Liquitex sculptable media paste mixed with some of the metallic pink paint I used. The flowers were all hand made using watercolor paper and ink and watercolor. The blue ones and small pink ones were cut with a Sizzix die the large pink was cut on my cricut. The glass glitter that was used on the pink flower is from RB. The cord was from HL. The microbeads and butterfly was from RB also. I used prima's heavy media gel for glue.

That's all I can think to say now. If you have any questions feel free to hit me up!!! Thank you so very much for looking :). TTFN
