Top fold blue card with lime green check layer. Added a large stamped banner in blue of card with a narrow black layer underneath match black stamping. Put 2 brads in green to match check paper. Added a 3D Make a wish sticker. Cut set of 3D balloons off a balloon border added silver "strings" to balloons. 75 cards in 75 days. Aiming for at least 100 than I'll decide if I continue!
