This project was inspired by the Stille Nacht (Silent Night) Chapel in Austria. My Oma (grandmother) was from Austria and Stille Nacht was her favorite Christmas carol. I just knew that Tim Holtz's cathedral windows would be perfect for this project! I used alcohol ink and acetate to turn them into stained glass then used tiny lights to light up the project. I also used plenty of Tim Holtz's grit paste and mica flakes to add snow to the scene.
