This card features Scrapbook.com Midnight Blue Hybrid ink. I used a stamp platform to stamp the blue ink, then keeping the paper and stamp in place, I cleaned the stamp, then re-inked using VersaMark ink. I embossed with clear embossing powder then added the stamped panel to the card base.
