Entered into Januarys Card Inspiration Challenge for PRODUCT-SCRAPS. Its all scraps except for the card base and the envelope. I cut paper strips for the background. I cut out the hearts with my Cricut machine. I used 3D foam under the black layer. Yes, I made the envelope. Thanks muchly for all your comments, votes and friendly message.
