There is no picture as I don't have one of me in my TaeKwonDo Gi which is the picture i'd like to place there. I didn't want to wait to do the LO though because I wanted to document it immediately. Hopefully this week I'll have someone take a pic.

139!! Whoo Hooo!! Down 15 pounds!! 11 more pounds to go!! This is a big day for me.! I quickly reached my goal of the 140s but for a couple of weeks now I’ve been teetering between 141 and 140 and couldn’t seem to hit that 139 figure but diligence pays off! I’ve maintained my healthy eating and continue to exercise. I’ve even added more exercise to my regiment but it was also a gift to me for loosing 10 pounds. I’ve started taking TaeKwonDo classes! Once I took 10 pounds off I felt that I would better be able to handle the classes and although my endurance definitely needs to be worked on I can make it through the whole class. Anytime I am tempted to grab for that cookie or cake I remember just how much easier class will be once I’m down another 10! I can hit 128 yes I can!!!
