Mom’s Mardi Gras in the 2004 or 05

My parents just never remember to write down dates! Anyway, while living in Japan, my mom joined the Tokyo Women's Club and they did a lot of fun fun activities, including parties like this one. Maybe 2004 or 05? I always thought my parents were a little more on the conservative side till I found a bunch of photos of them dressed up for Halloween and other fun occasions.

(The mask is a Jane Davenport rub-on; love this product, rubs on easily without breaking up!)
