March Pocket Letter (for Darlene)

I chose Spring, Birds and Green themes for this month's pocket letter swap here on SB.com that Jess hosts.

Background papers are the beautiful G45's Flutter collection. This particular paper is called Glorious! I used the rosy pink side for five of the pockets and the floral side for the other four. I embossed the pink pockets with Tim Holtz 3D Botanical embossing folder, and then lightly sanded them. All edges are inked with TH Worn Lipstick.

Special thanks to Laura for all the white diecuts except the birdcage. And thanks to Donnalyn for the birdcage! Also, thanks to CJ for the clear glass flatbacks I used on each pocket. I embossed the middle diecut with Stampendous Shabby White embossing powder.

I used several dimensional stickers from the local dollar store. The resin birds are Jolee's Boutique, as well as the tree branch over pocket 1. Birdhouse sticker is Paper Studio, the Chickadee, crocus and butterflies are old K & Company.
