Using the Simon Says Stamp March kit I stenciled clouds and stamped the girl & saying. Add clear jewels for rain drops and chunky glitter for puddles. I also used the idea like Julie Nutting dolls and cut out the umbrella, skirt, and shoes from paper in the kit.
