I had thought about making another button balloon card for another great-nephew but decided to use up some of my tiny buttons I got awhile back, either at Walmart or HL. The card base is a scrap of paper from Colorbok's Seeing Dots. I tried to emboss the "Happy" but my embossing powder was not cooperating so I stamped the phrase on another scrap of paper using Dew Drop VersaMagic and raised it with foam circles. The # sign is a sticker from American Crafts.
I will enter this in the Use Your Scraps and Use Your Stamps Challenges.
