I used the Vicki Boutin glaze for the blue on the background. I sewed the red sewn border by hand.
I used the Prima star stencil and texture paste to add texture to the background.
For the photo mat I used paper straws. The title cut file is Paige Evans I believe.
I added journaling after I took the photo.
