Caroline Rose Album. I used a solid blue card stock for the background and inked it with some white ink to make a cloudy sky. Title work is a Silhouette file and sized down to make a tag which I cut out with a rectangle Spellbinder die. The little mermaid girl is also from the Silhouette store. I pieced it in the program and made a cut file out of it rather than cutting out all of the individual pieces and piecing it together. The "waves" are simple torn strips of bluegreen vellum highlighted with a white marker. I added some stickles diamond glitter to the little mermaid. The birds are a stamp from Gina K Designs. Journaling sleeve is attached to the back of the layout.
