I chose a rainbow of bright, cheerful colors for this birthday card. I first cut strips of colored cardstock in various widths to create a striped panel and then used this piece to die cut my sentiment (happy birthday die by Mama Elephant). Next, I die cut and inked the cupcakes. I layered the cupcakes and sentiment over a stitched panel before adding a teal mat and a white scalloped base.
