Our friend, Dawna, requested that cards be sent to Julia, a soon-to-be 18-year-old with autism. Her only wish is to receive cards in the mail. She will be graduating high school this year, from special needs classes, with the capacity of a 2nd grader.

I decided to make a card featuring the Julie Nutting doll, Jaclyn, (given to me by Joyce, Nanaloves you), who is made entirely from scraps, including her silver shoes and crown (which I stamped and fussy cut. The crown stamp is Tim Holtz Urban Grunge stamp set. Thank you Joyce!! One thing I did a little different with the doll this time is fussy cut her head separately because I don't care for the angle of it on the stamp.

Background and glitter paper is from Paper Studio. The lavender and white paper was run through an embossing folder from Pamela Joy Boutique on FB and I inked over the raised edges with Dew Drop Spring Pansy.

I used Wink of Stella all over Jaclyn's dress but you can only see it if you zoom in.

The "18" is Paper Studio's glitter foam stickers.

I will be entering this in the use your stamps, use your scraps and happy mail challenges.

Thank you so much for the visits to my gallery!
