I love this picture of my youngest, Dan, that his friend took when they went on a hike last Sunday. I knew when I saw it that I wanted to make a layout. I really had fun with this one.

I used BFS Eclectic Charm and Bo Bunny Gingerbread Vintage papers. I have hoarded that Bo Bunny paper for years waiting for the right project to use it on!

Lots of Tim Holtz products used on this! I also brought out some tiny cones and pine cone petals I cut off from gatherings around our place.

The Tim Holtz wildflowers stems were some I diecut from scraps over a week ago and set them aside for use later. I love how they compliment the photo. The dark colored flowers were cut from a wine colored paper and when I used clear embossing powder it darkened them up which is just the right shade. I added copper colored microbeads from Reneabouquets to them. The lovely dragonflies are also Reneabouquets.

I used Tim Holtz Vintage Distress Collage Medium on the quote chip and my title piece to tone down the stark white. I like that look!

I am entering this in the NSD Challenge, as well as the Hoarders, Scraps, Stamps, Mixed Media and Boys Only Challenges.

I used TH splatter brush with Prima Ginger Magic all over. It is difficult to see in this picture but I like the effect.

Special thanks to Marci for the Heidi Swapp clear stamps that I used - the date stamp, this one time, and the label border. Something Splendid stamp is CTMH. The tiny grass and weed stamps under the trees are Morsels and pretty old!

Thank you so much for visiting my gallery. I have posted close-ups for detail.
