Entered into the May Inspirational Challenge for TECHNIQUE. Also entered into the Use Your Scraps Challenge. I used Distress inks and water to create the background. I used all scraps except the card base and the envelope. I cut out the double banner. I die cut the flowers, flourish and 'hugs'. I used some 3D foam under the banner and that lowest flower. I added some orange enamel dots, used some Enamel Accents for the flower centers and I made the envelope. Thanks so much for all your comments, votes and friendly messages :o)Ro
