The Graduation Combo was used to make the background and sentiment. The stitch oval is die cut using the Classic Frames die and the rainbow is cut out of the pattern paper from the JJ's Rainbow Paper Pad. Rebecca add some sparkle by using silver glitter paper behind her panel.
