I did this LO for Sam's 1st year baby book (yeah, I'm finally getting started on that!) I've been playing around with PSE 3.0 and really starting to like it.
Credits: Atomic Cubcake actions (the fabric border), and kit Baby Mine. I love these actons--the title lettering turned out so cute!! Also drop shadow actions from Traci Murphy.
