SUNBURST BACKGROUND:
Cut three 4 x 1 ½ inch rectangles and cut them diagonally into eight triangles.
(It would be easier if you made the rectangles a bit longer.)
Trim a panel 3 ½ tall x 3 ¾ inches wide.
Mark panel vertically at the center.
Start to place the triangles beginning at that center line.
Keep the tip of the triangle at the bottom of the panel.
Cut off excess and use that to finish up the sunburst.
Attach to a 3 ¾ x 5 inch panel.
Add 5/8 inch strip at the bottom.
(I added 1/16 inch strips above and below the 5/8 inch strip.)
