Painted with Alcohol Inks, Pearls, Mixatives and Alloys by Tim Holtz, these keepsakes making anniversaries are painted with a layer of color, a coat of Resin is added, Tonic Gilding flakes are applied as Resin sets. Vinyl symbol is added and then a second coat of Resin is used for sealing & finishing.
