great idea using the gelatos on a separate paper than the BG. It give more depth and if you had made a mistake you weren't committed to the whole paper. Smart! And all that fussy cutting is totally worth it. great LO!

This layout was created using a sketch that was posted in a small fb group for NSD.
I cut all the stars from a Vicki Boutin paper and used gelatos for the background. I also used a lot of foam squares when layering the stars to add dimension. I did use a punch for the largest stars.
Not the best photo and the cropping is awful because of the angle but you get the idea anyway.
