Journaling: It had been nearly 14 years since I last saw my cousin, Missy. We were close as kids even though she lived in Florida snd I lived in Illinois. But, life has taken us in separate directions. We exchange Christmas cards and emails. This summer she had a family reunion not far from me, so they stopped by for the day. It was the first time our families met!
