The background I used my ink blending tool with blue distress ink. Then stamped randomly dream big with distressing ink. The picture I got on the internet and made into a sticker. I stamped be happy and used decorative scissors to cut it out. The background was from the same paper that I moved the distress ink with an ink blending tool. This card is for cards for kindness.
