This panel was a gift from Rolbricht. Thank you, Ro! She cut the cute holes in the panel. The gold shines through the holes.
I die cut the flower in the panel. I inked the green background. I used a gold glitter pen on the flower, but it was too dark. I used my white gel pen to go back over the die cut. I die cut the hello. I added baker's twine to highlight the holey section and to tie a bow.
