Journaling: Another day; another winery! Fiesta Winery had some wonderful wines & between us we sampled 11 wines! 4 wines 1) Trebbiano well-balanced 2) Viognier - soft notes & buttery 30 Side Saddle - blend Sauvigon Blanc & Chenin Blanc 4) Roussane - semi-sweet wine - smooth Then dry rose - Tex-Way Rose from Dolcetto grapes 6 reds 1) Merlot - okay 2) Tempranillo - aged in oak - smooth, spicy 3)Malbec - woody tones 4) Syrah - full bodied - excellent 5) Country Red - blend Mouvedre, Tempranillo & Merlot 6) Heart of Texas - light-bodied blend Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo& Souzao- easy drinking wine. Bought a bottle.
