Mermaid Mail images watercolored with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. The background is ink blended and splattered with Distress Oxides and Distress inks. Channin used the Under the Sea Panel Die for ocean floor layers and used scrap created from die as a mask to ink blend waves in the ocean
