Hi Henri. I understand that. I have years and years of scrapbooking to catch up on and happy to say that I am close to finally being to start. I finished fixing my baby album that fell apart, so now I can focus on going thru all my pictures and figuring out which ones stay and which ones go. It truly is a never-ending process. I love your work so keep it up!
Such a very cute card. I'm not a card maker - got to much scrapping on my plate that I want to get done and the 12 x 12's are what I enjoy doing but there are a lot of card makers here that will probably be happy to drop a card in the mail to him!
I made this card for Bruce Garrard. I saw his name when admiring another awesome card full of love. It was noted that he lives alone and is confident in a wheelchair and doesn't get much social interaction except the mailman. It was stated that he likes getting mail, so anyone could send him a card. The address was 81 E. 9th Ave. #102, Columbus, OH, 43201. I was pretty proud of the embossed background with Happy Day. I had tried to make something else that was not working and ended up with all the colors mixed together and thought it looked cool so embossed it :) The lion is a picture from the internet that I made into a sticker by printing on the adhesive sheets of paper. I had a few backgrounds I hadn't used for a while and decided to use and cut down the alcohol ink design to fit inside the frame. I did pop up the head of the tiger, but it is kinda hard to see.
