Pretty layout Susan - from your description this does sound like something from the 60's. But, sounds like you had a good time! You and Dennis have really had a great wine country tour of tastings!
great journaling and a wonderful lo. the photos and embellies are well balanced - the eye travels around the lo and comes to rest at your journaling spot. Love the rounded corners and scalloped border punch.
The color palette on this one is so warm and cheerful. That was the first thing I noticed. I like the rounded corners on the photos and matting. It gives me an idea for some upcoming layouts. Thanks for the inspiration.
Journaling- Ate the last halves of our sandwiches and then on to the next and last stop - Bell Springs. This winery was different - grapes from CA, WA & Cile - very little from Texas. The tasting room was a bit strange - guy with a guitar in the corner (you can see him in the window) playing folk songs - takes me back to the 60s. Servers a bit too laid back if you know what I mean. We liked their Giggle Water 50/50 blend Viognier & Chardonnay, and their Petite Syrah.
I have to note that I checked out their website to see what they were offering now. They have more Texas wines but still some California ones.
