Layers were die cut from pattern paper. I applied glitter brush to the ice cubes, and then coated the glasses with Glossy Accents. I popped-up the center of the banner. The "COOL' was die cut, and coated with Glossy Accents. The tiny fruit embellishments are from Spellbinders.
