Journaling reads: In 1983, we had strawberries, sugar snap peas, radishes, lettuce, squash, cucumbers, broccoli, pinto beans and okra from our little backyard garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get to reap much of anything else that we had planted because we sold our house and moved in July. We did get to put up 95 pints before we moved on to our next adventure... building our dream house.

These photos were made at our house in "town". Our backyard wasn't huge, but we always managed to have a garden wherever we were living. It was sort of sad leaving our garden mid-season, but we left there and built the house out in the country that we live in now and have for the past 36 years.

The red/white dotted borders along the sides were cut out by hand. The lettering for the title in hand-drawn. i drew the letters with pencil, then traced that with a navy zig pen, colored them in with colored pencils and then added the green vines with a pen. The pps and most of the embellies are from Simple Stories Bloom and Grow Collection. The little veggies in the wheelbarrow are some really old stickers that I had in my stash. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
