Journaling: under photos - Pictures from Seminole Canyon but we found it in several places in our travel. then in circle - Tall weird desert plant looks like a bunch of sticks standing straight up. Bright red blooms at end of stems. Can reach 20 ft. (in) height and live up to 60 years. In Spanish the name means "little torch". Some nicknames for it - Desert Coral, Candlewood, Jacob's Staff, & Coachwhip. It is a food source for hummingbirds.
