How cool you found a historical vineyard this time. I am loving the wood background paper you used on this one. It reminds me of kegs or casks. Well done especially with the doilies.

Very smart of them to make sacramental wine during prohibition. I never thought of that before! And then now to make olive oil. Sounds like this place will be around for a long time, since they adept and go with the flow! I like the wooden background.

Feb 28th - Off to visit a new winery today - Val Verde Winery, the oldest bonded winery in Texas. It survived Prohibition (1919-1933) by producing sacramental wine for churches.
Not just wine now - in 2007 olive trees were planted & a few years later the 1st vintage of olive oil was bottled & released.
