I used washi tape for the background. I placed a foam bow from my Goodwill accessory stickers in the middle to make it look like a package. I placed the foam penguin stickers on some piano wire to help them pop up and be able to move around. I added foam earmuffs as I don't want their ears to get cold. Christmas Joy is a sticker that I hole punched in order to hang off the twine. This one just makes me smile.
