I was so excited when I saw this bear on a Christmas banner with other animals in a teacher supply store. I knew I had to use it for a card. I cut it out and placed the Santa Hat (tag for presents) on his head. I was so excited to see that it fit perfectly. I hung it off the twine so it can move about the card. The "Ho Ho Ho" was a sticker that came with a cardstock booklet that I got a few years back. I liked how it was already raised. I used washi tape for the background.
