What a beautiful collection!! You sure did a great job using the papers and ephemera. I especially like the torn paper. I love too how you matched the flowers to the photo. I think you've sold me on this line of papers.
Awww, sweet story and puppy. Your paper choices match your bedspread and dust ruffle. I love the crochet diecuts at the top. One of my favorite die sets! Great design and embellies. That's so cool that you still have the chair!! And thank you lots, Kathy, for the kind remarks in my gallery! Great to hear from you!
What a sweet photo!!! You've scrapped it perfectly here; I love the background splatters and torn paper and the way that you've captured your bedspread so well with the floral details.
This is my dog Susie. Whom I had as a child growing up. Here she is posing for me on my bed. In the background is my childhood chair, which is painted pink and white. You can only see the bottom half of the chair in the photo. It sat at my drop down desk where I did homework. My Mom kept that chair over the years and I now have in my craft room painted black to match the desk that I have now. Photo taken 1973.
I had fun making this page. I feel the 70's bedspread and dust ruffle matched the flowered paper on top. Mostly used Simple Stories Vintage Garden District Collection. Added crochet die cut to the top and love how that turned out.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it. Hugs, Kathy
